How We Do Things

Terms and conditions, how we do things.

~ Security: 

The Inkymole's Motors shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe, depending on which you choose.

~ Packing your order: 

Leigh or Sarah will pack and post your purchases as soon as possible on receipt of your order. We can't always do it same day because of work and other commitments, but we ALWAYS do it as soon as possible - usually the same day.

~ Something not right? 

If there's anything wrong when you get your order - damaged, not the right thing, anything you're not sure about - just email us: [email protected]

You've got the standard 14 days to let us know and send anything back to us.

~ Ordered the wrong thing? 

Occasionally customers order the wrong thing by mistake.

~ Changed your mind? 

As a small independent business we can't do automatic refunds.

A lot of what we sell is used, reclaimed/second-hand parts, and as such will not be in the same condition as a new part (we know this sounds obvious).

Items are sold as per their description - please read it to the end before buying and of course, if you've got any questions about the item, do ask us first!

HOWEVER: if you've bought something you've changed your mind about, you can send it back to us at your own cost and providing it's received in exactly the same condition as it was when we sent it to you, we can refund you the cost of the item (but not the postage, as we had to deliver the item to you in the first place). Always email first to let us know!
