Nissan front spring seat for Pao, Figaro, Be-1, K10 Micra/March, K11 Micra and Cube.

New and sealed front spring seats sit at the top of the front spring on the suspension. They become worn over time and may mean the spring sits against the metal frame and could make noises and damage the spring.

These are sold individually but you need 1 for each rear spring.
New front ones are available too.
