Our first four bags sold out in 48 hours so we have been keen to produce these again!
For a second time we’ve worked with a time-served craftswoman to produce these three, one-of-a-kind bags made from repurposed Pao head rests, Japanese textiles and custom fabrics designed by Sarah aka Inkymole.
Each one is unique, machine- and hand-sewn with care and real attention to detail. Starting with a sparkling clean headrest, the pale blue and grey weave of the seat fabric uses the piping for structural integrity, and each bag is finished with a detachable, reversible shoulder strap and lined with textiles in Pike-inspired colours and designed.
The bags close with a snap using the original pop stud fastenings, and contain pockets for phones, sweeties, keys and so on.
Should you want to switch to more of a handbag vibe, the bags come with round plastic handles - the long strap just unclips!
Each bag is finished with a tiny woven Pao 'Wings' seat tag sewn inside.
Finally, your bag will come with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity, so you know you're getting the real deal.
